Born and bred on Auckland’s West Coast Muriwai Beach, growing up you would likely have seen Nivana patrolling the beach as a surf lifesaver or running up and down the netball court. Prior to entering recruitment, Nivana completed her Health Science and Midwifery Degree, working the first part of her professional career in the health sector. This line of work taught her to act cool and calm under pressure and a working attitude whereby no mountain is too high. Over the years, Nivana has been actively involved in both strategic operations and hands-on recruitment.
