Luke brings discipline, consistency, and a results-driven mindset to construction management recruitment.

Competing as a bodybuilder taught him early that success isn’t about motivation — it’s about turning up, doing the work, and staying focused when things get uncomfortable. That same discipline underpins how he works with clients and candidates today.

With recruitment and sales in his blood, the industry was never far away. Before committing to recruitment, Luke cut his teeth across hospitality and even worked as a hairdresser as a teenager — experiences that sharpened his ability to read people, build rapport quickly, and communicate with confidence. When he moved into sales, it clicked immediately.

Luke now specialises in Construction Management recruitment, working with high-quality professionals across the following roles and project environments:

Specialising in roles:

• Project Managers
• Site Managers
• Quantity Surveyors

Project types covered:

• Residential (high-end and multi-unit)
• Commercial (offices, industrial, mixed-use)
• Infrastructure (civil, utilities, major works)
• Interiors & fit-out (commercial and high-spec environments)

He partners with clients who care about delivery, culture, and long-term fit — not just filling a seat.

Known for being straight-up and dependable, Luke takes the time to understand how people actually operate on site and behind the scenes. His focus is simple: place the right construction

professionals into roles that align with their experience, career goals, and the real demands of the project. No buzzwords. Just results.
