Meet Nisarg:
Nisarg earned a name for himself as a natural born people-person, able to strike up a conversation with anyone and about anything, having started as a bartender and working his way up to being a Manager in the previous 7 years in hospitality. Working with a big number of people in his prior job required Nisarg to read individuals and determine their strengths and shortcomings to manage the operations properly. As a true hospitality person, he is extremely gregarious and is always eager to meet new people and learn about their backgrounds and hobbies, all while establishing a genuine relationship. Nisarg has been able to exhibit his abilities by pushing himself outside of his comfort zone through recruitment.
