Picking up a SEEK award in our first year of business was very exciting

 

What sparked you to get into this role? 

 

Disillusioned with the transactional nature and micromanagement of larger more traditional firms I founded Lynx

 

What do you enjoy most about working at Lynx? 

 

Seeing the team win and helping our clients secure the best talent in the marketplace

 

What's your favourite hobby? 

 

Waterskiing
